Doctor’s visit? Here’s what to know before you go.

Levemir® and Levemir® FlexPen® are only available by prescription. Talk to your doctor to find out if Levemir® may be right for you. Start by printing out and answering the questions below. Then bring them to your next doctor’s appointment. You should also try to bring along your Blood Sugar Diary to show your doctor you’ve been keeping track of your numbers. Together, you and your doctor can decide which treatment option is best for you.
